The ink back seal, also known as the flipped seal, is composed of a cylindrical or square ABS engineering plastic shell, a printing surface that can be flipped under external force, and a printing platform filled with printing oil.
advantage
The ink back flip seal is generally available in four colors: purple, red, black and blue. After being sealed, it has clear handwriting, self sealing oil, easy to use, easy to cover and dry, and is suitable for various department seals. Because the seal surface material has the characteristics of Thermal expansion, it is not suitable for bank seal seals.
Application scope
The printing surface of the ink reversal seal is generally made of high-strength corrosion-resistant rubber, equipped with rectangular, circular, and square printing plates and different sizes, suitable for use in large and small factories, public institutions, company offices, and other occasions
Maintenance tips
If the ink seal is not flipped for a long time, it will deform due to long-term compression, causing it to be lower than the original plane, and may become unclear when used again.
To prevent such situations from happening, it is recommended to use a soft toothbrush to wipe the ink back seal surface, or to clean the seal surface with a paper towel or dry cloth.
Operating Steps
Firstly, engrave the text and pattern to be printed on a corrosion-resistant rubber pad.
Next, stick the engraved seal surface onto a flat surface that can be flipped.
When finally using it, push the printing platform into the cylinder, open your palm, and use your palm to face the top of the seal. Gently press down, and the film with the seal inside will flip over with the palm force. Press the printed text or pattern onto the paper. At this time, just relax the palm pressure, and the printing surface will return and be fixed back on the printing platform inside.
