Dang, dang, dang Give children an exclusive stamp! (Essential for Baoma)

时间:2023-07-31

130 million babies are born globally every year, with around 18 to 20 million babies born in China alone. In order to facilitate the recognition and commemoration of babies at birth, there is a requirement for leaving footprints at birth in foreign countries. Currently, this method is gradually promoted and used in China, and the product market prospects are very broad.

At present, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the European Chemicals Agency attach great importance to the lead content of products involving children, and have made a requirement that the lead content in the accessible parts of children should not exceed 40mg/kg. However, traditional footprint printing ink has direct contact with the skin, with a lead content greater than 40mg/kg. Keli Baby Footprint Printing Platform uses a new environmentally friendly material, which meets the lead content standard after testing. This product does not require direct contact with the skin for stamping, and has the advantage of not causing skin contact damage. It has been awarded a national invention patent (invention patent number: ZL200910000136.1).

Product performance and characteristics

1. Prevent infants from cross infection with viruses and bacteria. The traditional footprint printing platform is used to cover the foot (hand) print, and the printing platform is reused multiple times. Due to the low immunity of infants, it is easy to cause viral and bacterial infections. Keli Baby Footprint Printing Platform (anti cross infection) is a disposable product that effectively avoids cross infection and transmission of viruses and bacteria between infants.

2. Prevent infants from being irritated by chemicals on the skin. By using traditional footprint printing platforms to cover foot (hand) prints, infant skin can be directly exposed to ink and be stimulated by ink chemicals and heavy metals, which can cause certain damage to infant skin. Keli baby footprint printing pad (anti cross infection) has the advantage of not directly touching the skin and not causing harm to the skin.

3. The imprint is clearer and more realistic. Using traditional footprint printing platform with foot (hand) printing, the ink is prone to getting stuck in skin patterns and affecting the clarity and authenticity of the imprint. Keli Baby Footprint Printing Platform (anti cross infection) is produced using a special process. The printing oil does not come into contact with the skin, and the imprints are clear and can accurately identify footprints and fingerprints. It is long-lasting and does not fade, meeting the requirements for archive preservation.

Usage method

1. Place the paper that needs to be stamped on a flat surface, and then place the ink side (concave side) of the printing platform facing down on the paper, so that the baby's feet or hands do not touch the ink surface.

2. The baby's hand or foot lightly presses on the ink free side of the printing table, pressing all fingers or toes, gently and evenly applying pressure to transfer the ink onto the paper to ensure clear imprinting.

3. Carefully remove the printing pad from the paper and let the imprint dry for a few minutes, resulting in a delicate, beautiful, and clear handprint or footprint. Babies' hands, feet, and skin do not come into direct contact with ink, ensuring safety and hygiene.

4. If there are slight wrinkles on the surface film of the printing platform, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the effectiveness of use.
